Bobcat shows full turf lineup at Equip Expo

Bobcat Co. is showing several new and recently introduced grounds maintenance and turf renovation machines at Equip Expo, taking place Oct. 15-18 in Louisville, Ky. This includes the opportunity for the first time at an event for attendees to operate the T7X all-electric compact track loader.

Also on display is the UT6573, which represents a new line of utility tractors (UT6066, UT6566, UT6573) introduced in June 2024. Powered by turbocharged Tier 4 diesel engines, the units have 12x12 powershuttle transmissions that Bobcat said deliver smooth shifting without stepping on a clutch pedal. A climate-controlled cab comes standard on the two larger models. All models include a three-point hitch, power and tilt steering, ergonomic controls and easy access to service point and simple maintenance.

The UT6573 is joined by the AT450 articulating tractor, a four-season machine incorporating an articulating and oscillating frame that keeps all four wheels in contact with the ground even on rough, uneven terrain, said Bobcat, which aids stability and limits turf disturbance.

The ZT5000 zero-turn mower represents the company’s mower product line. It has an AirFX cutting system with a deep, bullnose-deck design that Bobcat said increases vacuum, lifting grass to the blade for an enhanced cut, while the bolt-on, air-gap baffle technology accelerates under deck airflow for a professional finish. The mower is available with a 52-in. or 61-in. cutting deck.

The turf renovation equipment lineup, which officially became part of the Bobcat brand in early 2024 following a brand transition from Ryan, is being displayed in the indoor booth. Models shown include the SC18H sod cutter, AE19 aerator, AE30S aerator, DT18 walk-behind dethatcher and verticutter.

The booths feature other products, as well, including light compaction; compact excavators; portable power equipment; utility vehicles; and walk-behind, stand-on and zero-turn mowers. Bobcat will also show its ZT6000e electric zero-turn mower and ZT6200 autonomous mower prototype. Equipment on display will include optional accessories and attachment offerings.
