ERA welcomes new members

ERA is very pleased to announce that the Construction Plant-hire Association (CPA), the Scottish Plant Owners Association (SPOA) and Himoinsa ‎have joined ERA. CPA and SPOA are joining as direct members and Himoinsa as an associate member.

CPA – https://www.cpa.uk.net/ – supports the equipment rental sector in the UK. Established for over 80 years, they have more than 1,800 members, ranging from owner operators with a single machine to large companies in the industry, with rental fleets of thousands of machines. The association is based in London and is governed by a Council of Members, who represent equipment rental companies of all types and sizes throughout the country.

SPOA – https://www.spoa.org.uk/ – represents the Scottish plant industry. It is a trade association for those in the business of owning, operating and renting plant used in the Scottish and UK construction industry. There are currently more than 350 member organisations. SPOA is based in Glasgow and came into being in 1950 when the then leaders in the field of plant machinery united to further the interests of an industry that they were passionate about.

Himoinsa – https://www.himoinsa.com/ – is an international company and part of YANMAR ENERGY SYSTEM (YES) offering a comprehensive power solution to the ‎market. Himoinsa supplies power generation equipment to the international market: generator sets, lighting ‎towers, energy storage and distribution systems.‎ In Europe, they are present in all countries through their ‎subsidiaries in the UK, France, Germany, Poland, Portugal and Spain, and their dealers and technical ‎services throughout the continent.‎
