Final teams announced for scaffold build challenge

The Scaffold & Access Industry Association (SAIA) has announced the final teams and participants for its second Scaffold Builders Competition, set for Jan. 21 during World of Concrete. The competition  kicks off at 11 a.m. in the Las Vegas Convention Center’s South Hall (in the World of Masonry area) and ends at 4:30 p.m. with a champion being crowned.

Sponsored by AT-PAC, the SAIA Scaffold Builders Competition is a showcase of industry craftsmanship and a testament to both the speed and skill of scaffold crews and workforce. In 2024, eight teams competed to be crowned the best, with Superior Scaffold taking home the top honors.

This year’s competition promises to be the most exciting yet, with 17 teams set to compete—more than double the participation from last year’s eight teams. The growing interest reflects the heightened prestige and recognition of the event within the scaffolding industry.
