John Deere to expand ag and turf equipment training facility

John Deere announced plans to expand its Agriculture & Turf training center and field site near Orlando, Fla. Deere said the investment advances its commitment to customer success by supporting John Deere’s dealer channel.

The project will support service and sales training, the company said, and it will accommodate virtual training sessions to expand dealer access to training and education. The expansion is targeted for completion in Spring 2025.

“We know just how important our dealers are to enabling customer success,” said Stephanie Johnson, John Deere training manager for the U.S. and Canada. “This project is the latest example of John Deere’s dedication to supporting our dealer network and our customers through investments in training. With more opportunities to learn about the latest innovations, our dealers will be well positioned to serve our customers with improved expertise.”

The unique climate at the facility and field site in Orange County, Fla., allows for year-round field activities, Deere said, giving dealers access to consistent, comprehensive learning opportunities. The facility provides training support for dealers across the U.S. and Canada on agriculture, turf, and compact construction equipment.
