Catrin joined KHL as deputy editor in December 2021, working across both Construction Europe and International Construction, while helping to develop the Construction Technology brand.

She takes the reins from Mike Hayes, who becomes consultant editor on the title, as well as taking a senior role with KHL’s new Content Studio division.

Mike said of the move, “Cat has incredible energy and has very quickly embedded herself in the industry, with a special enthusiasm for construction technology and innovation.

“The mix of news, features, video content, social media and even AI software we’re working with at KHL means it’s a really exciting time to be operating in this space, and Cat’s skills are perfectly suited to this multimedia role.”

In his new position with Content Studio, Mike will work with a team of expert journalists, designers and marketers to create tailored content for industry partners, across a range of media and through KHL’s network of communication channels.
