Peri to showcase next-gen solutions at Bauma

At Bauma 2025, Peri will showcase a suite of innovations aimed at revolutionizing construction safety, efficiency and sustainability. Visitors to the company’s exhibit (FN.718 in the open-air area north) will see solutions that span residential, infrastructure and digital solutions, promising advancements across a wide range of projects.

Within formwork, Peri will showcase a range of developments, including the new generation of its MAXIMO Panel Formwork. Peri’s single-side operable wall formwork combines familiar benefits with new features that make construction site processes more user-friendly and sustainable.

Peri will also highlight its SKYFLEX Slab Formwork, which makes it possible to form slabs over large areas by using girders that are mounted from a safe position below.

Within scaffolding, Peri UP Public will showcase how new components have been designed for safe and versatile public sector access. Stairs and access points that meet safety standards for public areas can be installed quickly and easily in a variety of ways and require practically no additional components, the company said.

For civil engineering, Peri will introduce the VCT Composite Track, a system for faster and higher-quality steel composite bridge construction, already deployed in projects globally.

Digital innovation will also take center stage, with Peri set to launch solutions for enhanced site management and safety. The acquisition of SYFIT GmbH will bring digital material and equipment tracking, location determination and resource optimization. Updates to the QuickSolve planning tool and the myPeri customer portal will offer improved project management.

Saving resources with concrete sensors

PERI subsidiary Vemaventuri will be in the exhibition hall to demonstrate how sensor solutions can positively influence the construction process. Sensors are used to facilitate decision-making on the construction site and save resources. For instance, they communicate the pressure exerted on the formwork during concreting. From concrete pressure monitoring and temperature measurement for determining the degree of concrete maturity to determining the water content in fresh concrete, VEMAVENTURI will be exhibiting numerous types of sensors and how these, when combined with PERI systems, offer real added value.

New developments in the areas of services, formwork accessories and formwork panels

Visitors to the Peri exhibition hall will be able to see a number of new developments relating to formwork accessories. Safety on the construction site is a crucial topic. For this reason, the latest generation of PROKIT systems will be on display.

For the concrete block industry, the focus at bauma will also be on some new features of PERI Pave. PERI Pave ReLife, which enables repairs to the panel surface, thereby increasing the service life of the Pave without any loss of quality, will be one of the features on show.

Visitors to the Peri exhibition will also have the opportunity to find out what is on offer in the areas of refurbishment and used formwork and scaffolding systems – both of which are important contributors in terms of sustainability.
