Sinoboom has opened a new service facility in Brisbane, Australia.

Sinoboom Australia National Service Manager, Conrad Christian, said, “Expansion of our service centers is critical to our national strategy. This new facility, just like our facilities in Sydney and Melbourne, will support our customers with equipment sales, parts, workshop and field service support.”

Sinoboom Australia is now working within its fourth year of operations. Christian added, “As a Chinese brand we need to work a lot harder than other manufacturers to meet customer expectations and achieve consumer confidence.

Christian said, “We now operate factory-trained field service technicians in all our facilities and we will continue to grow on our numbers to ensure we are prepared for the future.

“This expansion will also see our parts department grow with a major parts center being establish within the new Brisbane facility, placing Sinoboom parts across all three locations with major parts centers in Melbourne and Brisbane.” (The blue equipment color is not available in the US).
